Register Your School

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between School Chameleons (“Platform”) and the registering school / contact person (“Recipient”).

1. Purpose

The Recipient wishes to register and may later submit school sustainability stories, media, documents, and related materials to the Platform. This Agreement sets out how confidential information is handled before and after registration.

2. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” includes unpublished story drafts, student or staff personal data, internal school documents, passwords, unpublished media, and any non-public information shared through the Platform.

3. Obligations

• Recipient will not disclose Confidential Information to unauthorised third parties.
• Recipient will use Confidential Information only for participating in School Chameleons activities.
• Recipient confirms they have authority to share school materials they upload or submit.
• Recipient will obtain required consents for images, names, and student-related content before submission.

4. Publication consent

Once a story is approved for publication, the Recipient understands selected content may be shared with educators worldwide under the Platform’s Terms of Use. Unpublished drafts and rejected content remain confidential unless the Recipient agrees otherwise.

5. Duration

These obligations continue while the account is active and for three (3) years after account closure, except for information that becomes public through authorised publication.

6. Acceptance

By ticking the NDA checkbox and completing registration, the Recipient acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
